When is the event taking place?

The Collaborative conference and Collaborative:Virtual Sessions takes place June 15-16, 2022. If you are an existing Classy customer attending the in-person event, you are also invited to join us for the User Conference on June 14th.

Where is the in-person event taking place?

Collaborative is being held in Philadelphia, PA in 2022. Venues will be located in the Fishtown neighborhood at The Fillmore and Punch Line Philly, with accommodations at the Element Philadelphia at a special group rate. What is the COVID-19 protocol for the conference?

We want you to be able to fully engage, focus on learning, and interact with peers at Collaborative with ease. We’ve set safety measurements that are in accordance with federal, state, city, and venue regulations. All Collaborative attendees will be required to provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 in order to collect their credentials. Proof of full vaccination along with a valid state ID will ensure all attendees can participate fully in the Collaborative experience at any venue. This policy remains subject to applicable laws and public health guidance. Classy will continue to monitor travel and safety regulations and will update attendees accordingly. Is there a discount for teams?

Yes! To take advantage of the discount, you must register all of your team members at one time. After you register the first team member, you will arrive at the Order Summary page. At the bottom of the page, click Add Group Member to add another registration to your order. Once you add everyone on your team, click through to the payment page and you will automatically see the discount reflected if you have three or more people in your group. No code necessary.

Who can attend the Classy Academy User Conference on June 14, 2022?

All Classy customers with a ticket to the Collaborative are invited to attend a bonus User Conference on Tuesday, June 14th. Get all of the insights and education of Classy Academy in real life. We will take a deep dive into the product, share expert insights and best practices, and empower you to maximize Classy to exceed your fundraising goals.

Can I cancel my registration for the in-person Collaborative?

Registration fees for the Collaborative are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend the Collaborative, you may transfer your registration to another person in your organization. To transfer your registration to your colleague, click Already registered? on the registration page. After logging in and being taken to the confirmation page, you will see the “Transfer Registration” button toward the bottom of the page.

Where can I access the virtual event?

You can access Collaborative: Virtual Sessions from anywhere you’d like since it will be hosted on Classy’s new virtual events platform, Classy Live. In-person attendees will also be able to access the virtual content free of charge following Collaborative to continue their education after they have returned home.

What kind of session topics can I expect?

Both in-person and virtual attendees will experience curated content focused on fundraising and technology. You can also expect inspirational sessions, panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities.

Can I earn CFRE continuing education credits for sessions?

You can earn CFRE credits for in-person participation. The Collaborative is an approved Continuing Education Providers for the Certified Fund Raising Executive program.

What speakers are confirmed for this event?

If you are interested in being a part of the Collaborative as a speaker, or have specific ideas that align with our vision, please submit a proposal by March 1, 2022. If accepted, you will be notified by March 26, 2022.

How much does it cost to attend the Collaborative event in Philadelphia?

Tickets are available now at an early bird pricing of $399. On February 9th, ticket prices will increase to $499 and $450 for teams of three of more. Register here.

Collaborative: Virtual Sessions, hosted on Classy Live, is free. This content will be available to registrants of the virtual event and to all the in-person Collaborative attendees as continuing education after the event concludes. Register here.
