When is the next in person Collaborative event?

Collaborative by Classy will return to Philadelphia on June 7-8, 2023. Register here and be sure to sign up for Collaborative emails to receive the latest event updates directly to your inbox. You can also follow Collaborative on Twitter and Instagram.

Where is Collaborative 2023 taking place?

Philadelphia, PA. The in-person event will take place in Fishtown, one of Philadelphia’s coolest neighborhoods. With main events taking place at The Fillmore, Punch Line Philly, and Brooklyn Bowl, Collaborative by Classy is set at the intersection of where Philly’s culinary, art, and music trends take off.

How much does it cost to attend Collaborative?

We are currently offering our general admission price of $499 per person.

Can I earn CFRE continuing education credits for sessions?

Yes, you can earn 3 CFRE credits for participation at the in-person Collaborative. Collaborative by Classy is an approved Continuing Education Providers for the Certified Fund Raising Executive program. Please use the 2023 CFRE Tracker to record your credits.

Do you provide any resources to support gaining organization approval to attend Collaborative?

Yes, please email our team at [email protected] if you need additional support with business justification.

How do I become a sponsor of the Collaborative?

Becoming a sponsor of the Collaborative can be extremely beneficial to both your organization and the nonprofits that attend. We aim to connect professionals to each other and to services that will benefit and advance their missions. Are the venues ADA accessible?

Absolutely, all three of the Collaborative venues are committed to providing an accessible environment for all guests. The venues are built in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and all public spaces are wheelchair-friendly. If you have specific needs or require further assistance, please let us know when you complete your Collaborative registration or contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.

What is the address for the Collaborative event venue?

Registration will be open at the Fillmore. The address is 29 E Allen St, Philadelphia, PA 19123.

 

Our other two venues, Punch Line and Brooklyn Bowl, are across the street and a short walk from the Fillmore.

Do you offer a discounted hotel room rate for Collaborative attendees?

We are proud to partner with Loews Philadelphia to provide attendees with discounted hotel rooms rates. The Loews Philadelphia is centrally located at 1200 Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19107 and within walking distance to the city’s best restaurants and sightseeing.

 

Our hotel room block is now sold out. If you book at a nearby hotel, you are welcome to take the Collaborative shuttles from Loews Philadelphia.

Do you provide shuttles for attendees?

Yes, shuttles will be provided for all attendees from the Loews Philadelphia Hotel to and from Collaborative at the following times:


Wednesday, June 7th

Departing Loews: 7:45 am – 8:45 am

Departing Fillmore: 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm


Thursday, June 8th

Departing Loews: 7:45 am – 8:45 am

Departing Fillmore: 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm

Can I park at Collaborative?

Yes, we offer complimentary self-parking at Collaborative.

 

GPS Address: 1025 N Front, Philadelphia, PA 19123

 

Street Instructions: Please enter the parking lot while driving North on Front Street. The lot entrance will be on your right. It is a gravel parking lot under I-95 with a fence. Once you park and exit your vehicle, walk toward the opposite entrance on Allen Street. You will see the Fillmore/Brooklyn Bowl ahead toward the right. Please note that the lot is not accessible while driving south on Front Street because of a concrete barrier.

How do I download the Collaborative attendee app?

1. Download the Attendee Mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile device.

2. Open the app and search for “Collaborative by Classy”

3. Within the Collaborative Dashboard, head to the hamburger icon and click ‘Login’.

4. Follow the instructions to reset your password then log in using your new credentials.

5. Once you are logged in, head to the Dashboard to explore more of what the app has to offer including; adding sessions to your agenda, building connections with fellow attendees in the attendee directory, checking out our list of sponsors, and more!

 

*You must register for the event before logging in to the app.  Please allow 48 hours after registering to log in.

How do I communicate accessibility needs?

Please identify any accommodations you may need during registration, under the question, “Do you have any special needs we can accommodate?” If you have additional needs not specified in your registration, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist.
